This feature allows you to search for any school, school district, district, consortium or other entity that has filed for E-rate discounts or been listed on an E-rate application.
Enter all or part of the name of the service provider or the Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) for which you want to search. Click "Begin Search" to see the results.
Important Information
The service provider search allows you to find the contact information for a service provider. The search results also indicate if the service provider has been designated as an Eligible Telecommunications Provider and the year(s) for which the service provider has filed the Service Provider Annual Certification form.

Subscribers to E-rate Manager for Applicants, or E-rate Manager SP have access to Funds For Learning's FCC Appeal Decision Database. This valuable tool contains information about all pertinent E-rate appeals decided by the FCC; which is instrumental to clarifying and setting E-rate policy.

Applicant Form 470/471 Status Search
This tool allows you to search the current and past versions of the Eligible Services List as approved by the FCC. Searches can be narrowed by service category, if desired.
Find information about E-rate applicants by searching by name, state, Billed Entity Number, ZIP Code or city. You can also limit your search to a specific type of applicant, like School Districts.
Search by SPIN or Service Provider name to find contact information for a service provider and determine if a Service Provider Annual Certification has been filed.
The SLD issues groups of funding commitment decisions periodically, and these batches of decisions are known as "waves". Reports on these waves can be generated here.
Easily find the state contact information for the E-rate Coordinator for your state.
Funds For Learning analyzes all pertinent E-rate appeals decided by the FCC; which is instrumental to clarifying and setting E-rate policy. This search allows you to find out how the FCC has decided issues important to you.
The Applicant 470 Status Search tool allows you to find the 470s associated with an applicant for the upcoming Funding Year.
