Funds For Learning® provides E-rate support services. We guide our clients through the E-rate funding process. We reduce their administrative burden, increase their success in receiving E-rate funds, and help them stay compliant with E-rate regulations.
The E-rate is a nationwide program supporting K-12 students and library patrons. The E-rate provides discounts up to 90% on certain services and products that are essential for classrooms and libraries to receive voice, video, and data communications.
This week, the SLD notified 648 applicants and 610 service providers about the status of their applications from Funding Years 2004, 2009, 2010 and 2011.
On February 2, the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) released their Demand Report for the second quarter of 2012. In the report, USAC stated that they have established “…a foundation of processes, systems, [and] procedures” to prevent waste, fraud, and abuse, and are evaluating “additional measures” to help control improper payments to beneficiaries.
