The BEAR Form must be submitted or postmarked no later than 120 days after the last date to receive service on an approved funding commitment, or 120 days after the date of the Form 486 Notification Letter; whichever is later.
in limited circumstances, applicants may request additional time in which to file their BEAR Form. The requests for an invoice deadline extension must be received by USAC no later than the current invoice deadline for the funding commitment.
